The lady i care for was given a wheelchair. The referral came from her PCP. Once the referral went in, it was a matter of a couple of days we got a call from her PCP stating we can go pick up the wheelchair. The people there at Apria were very nice and helpful.
Apria is a full service medical equipment company. We've had very good experiences with Apria over the years. They are very responses.
It is a nightmare of an experience
Regarding Apria‘s healthcare system in Marysville California this company has the poorest customer relations I’ve ever dealt with. I’m a paraplegic with a stage four pressure sore on my sacrum, I ordered a replacement pump and mattress from them a month ago, they told me, it would be here at the end of the week. No courtesy call, no nothing! Only after having to get Medicare Involved, a month later, all of a sudden it was there overnight. Sadly, if I had other option, I would have definitely used them instead. 0 compassion
