If it were possible I'd give apria a negative score honestly. They have the absolute worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. You would think that a medical supply company would actually try to help their customers instead of putting up road blocks every chance they can. My mother is 82 years old. The lady i care for was given a wheelchair. The referral came from her PCP. Once the referral went in, it was a matter of a couple of days we got a call from her PCP stating we can go pick up the wheelchair. The people there at Apria were very nice and helpful.
Apria is a full service medical equipment company. We've had very good experiences with Apria over the years. They are very responses.
