Horrible customer service and the call center for billing department is outsourced labor so most of the staff speaks English as a second language, which is fine if we can understand each other, but in my experience with some people it has been very difficult to understand and when discussing something as serious as medical care and financing it adds an unnecessary layer of frustration in the situation. On 4-2-2025 my doctors office told me I should get the c-pap machine within a week. Due the incompetence of St Elizabeth physicians and Apria I received it on 6-24-2025. It is supposed to work with an app called myair. The myair app doesn’t work and you cannot call ResMed to get technical help. I’m starting to get the impression that I would be better off with sleep apnea and no machine
My CSR was fantastic. He took the time to expain things in great detail and made sure I was comfortable with the equimment how to use and care for it. I was very pleased with the service.
HORRIFIC customer service!!! I've made over 10 phone calls and put in over 2 hours time talking to blatant idiots with your billing department every time I have tried to rectify and/or understand a particular bill. What you billed and what I was told completely contradict one another. Every time I call, I get an English speaking foreign person who is able to actually say words in English, but hasn't the slightest clue on how to understand them. Absolutely awful experience. They keep sending me supplies I don't need (and no, I did not enroll in auto-shipments) as well as charging me weird amounts that were not originally spoken about. I will be fully returning all of my supplies and working with a different company. I deleted my bank card off of my account, so I don't understand how they still charged me again.
