Contacted Apria for supplies at the beginning of April. When I called in they asked if I would be willing to try a new type of nasal pillow mask. If I didn’t like it all I had to do was call in and they would get one of what I normally used out right away. Since I already used nasal pillows I said sure, I’ll try them. She told me I was due a new c-pap and I told her I would have my DR send in the script. She sent me c-pap supplies to hold me over for a month with my old one. Very dissatisfied with my experience with Apria Healthcare, both the delivery of CPAP supplies and the billing/customer service. Do not recommend using Apria at all. They kept delivering supplies to the wrong address after I moved despite being told about the move beforehand. And then they got shitty when I asked them to refund that money as I never received the supplies since they disappeared somewhere in my old apartment building. STAY AWAY! This company is absolutely awful and getting ahold of anyone is so hard. So many automated systems and menus, and people that hang up on you and want to transfer you. They will send you wrong equipment and then try to charge you to fix it. Then, they will also make you drive an hour to them to return anything. Stay away, find another company!
Youi have to work very hard to be this awful. Their service staff uniformly is foreign and unintelligible. I ordered my CPAP supplies, and I got the wrong items. Even though I repeatedly told the person I need an F30i mask not an X30i mask, I still got the X30i ones. I called to get the right items and AGAIN I spent way too long telling the person I needed an F30i mask, not an X30i mask. Who knows if I'll get the right ones. They still haven't come.
