Absolutely awful experience. They keep sending me supplies I don't need (and no, I did not enroll in auto-shipments) as well as charging me weird amounts that were not originally spoken about. I will be fully returning all of my supplies and working with a different company. I deleted my bank card off of my account, so I don't understand how they still charged me again.
Service was awesome. I needed repair or replacement of my inogen 5 due to columns needing replacement, and I was leaving for vacation on Friday, so they made sure I had a replacement on Thursday. They were quick with service solution, kind, helpful, and accommodating. Couldn't ask for better service.
If giving zero stars was an option, I would. This is maybe the most unethical company that I have ever dealt with. When placing an order online, they indicate whether your insurance will cover the purchase, however, they are not accurate. I recently ordered nearly $200 in replacement parts via their website and was told prior to checkout that it was covered by insurance. I checked out at $0 and received the product and began using it. I got a cpap machine from them last year. They just shipped the machine to my home and did not give any kinda of training on how to use the machine or maintain it properly. When I called them (3 times) and finally got hold of a respiratory therapist, she told me to google youtube videos to learn how to set up and use the machine. "Why didn't I think of that.. stupid me".. I just recently learned that I am supposed to get replacement parts every 3 months but never did. I had to call them again and start that process.
