They have treated me really bad all I know is I can't breath without oxygen

It’s beyond sad that you use a company and depend on them for your oxygen needs and it is there responsibility to make sure you have the proper supplies that is apart of service provided fyi Medicare guide lines so beware not to depend on this company
Delivered dirty machines, had to get that fixed. Customer support talks down to you like you're stupid. They say they'll call before they come out to service a machine, then they just show up without calling and get mad at having to wait. Just really poor attitudes for dealing with people who need equipment.
