Service after the sale includes one follow up and no more. I left 4-5 messages over more than two weeks with a question about a mask I was sent. My calls were never returned. The 30 day warranty on the product expired and I was on my own.

Im giving them a average rating because they have some good and very bad points.Had a very serious problem with an oxygen concentrator. They replaced my perfecttly good machine, with a bad one ,which a I found out, had an armature with ruber sound reducing armatures improperly installed. I looked at schematics or insrructions in the computer, had to revearse them ,and sound was O.k.I IS AN .I cross reveranced the serial numer and found out it had been sent out for repair on the compressor at least a dozen tines, going back t... read more
great company. took very good care of my mother for long time.we love them. larry, steve are great and did an excellant job taking care of irene.
The customer service people are rude and have attitudes espcially if you question billing. I asked to purchase a CPAP machine to replace my current one. It took a number of calls between them and my insurance company to make it clear the insurance company would ok the purchase. Then apria set the purcase up as a rental even thought I stated I was purchasing it because I met my out of pocket for the year.
