Absolutely terrible! They have to "service" my oxygen machine - fine. Asked me to be home all day in July. Inconvenient but OK. Didn't show for app'ts 2 or 3 either. I then said I would wait only until 12: noon so as not to waste the day. They called to cancel my appointment that day. Next appointment I left at noon and "supposedly" they came at 12:30 (guess they can't tell time) but there was no message nor note. Don't expect to be able to contact them about re-ordering equipement. They do not answer their phone number listed. Don't expect to get your equipment the next day as they state. It takes about a week. Don't expect to see how much things cost before you order. I will oder next time somewhere else.
Service after the sale for CPAP includes 1 phone call. I called the resp therapist 4 times over 2 weeks. My 30 day warranty ended with no return call.
