Apria health care are the most unethical people I have ever dealt with. I shopped around for CPAP machines, and they quoted me about $800. They said I could pay over 6 months with no interest, so I did that. I HAVE PAID OVER $1400 FOR THE MACHINE TO DATE!! Everyone else quoted me a CPAP with the humidifier included. They charged me $260 for the humidifier chamber. The CPAP cannot work without the chamber!! Then they called and said that my FREE 6 month supplies were due, and I needed to come get it. Service STINKS!! Every time I need to order supplies for my CPAP I now need to have Apria verify that I have used the CPAP a minimum amount of time (like I would be ordering supplies if I weren't using the machine!!!!!). So, now every time I need something I have to either mail in the data card, or bring it to the local office. Therein lies the problem, the local phone # directs you to a long, timely and confusing electronic menu (not actually to the local office at all).
