Once I was approved, I was impressed with the Customer Service representative who reviewed my order and told me what to expect as a new customer.
It took me 3 weeks to get supplies ordered. So many phone calls so many faxes bad information people who didn't know what they were trying to explain. Never experienced anything like it I don't know how they stay in business
My experience with Apria has been outstanding. The care and concern they showed for my 96 year old father is indeed professional Healthcare. We have had 3 very lovely people who have made him feel great with their expertise of the injury. With their help I hope his recovery will have a positive outcome.
The person who helped me answered all my questions in a friendly and professional manner. I have no complaints at all.
