My Doctor submitted a order for cpap supplies, I called and confirmed the order and my address. A week later I got a call telling me my insurance was out of network and had to pay full price. .Why not just tell me that upfront.
Their communication is unreliable. Received an unsigned text telling me to call them to schedule delivery. They asked who had called me and I said no call - just a text. Long time on hold while they searched for the person who was supposed to be handling my case. I was eventually told my order would go out via UPS and be delivered in a week to ten days.
