The absolute worst billing department on the face of the earth. Debited from our account without our permission on multiple occasions. Had to threaten calling the authorities to get it to stop. Went through a year of hell and finally are paying the last few dollars owed to them. I will NEVER do business with this company ever again.
Really struggled with the administrative side of scheduling appointments, getting call backs, and meeting with the techs to get my equipment. Once I met with the local team, Melissa and Matt, they were great. They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
About to give up and try another company.
Had a terrible experience with them. Watch their billing, they will get you!
They also sent us supplies we never ordered. Then I had a voice mail on my phone (the secondary line) and when we called after a long voicemail experience, we were told that they had been unable to reach us and that they kept getting a busy signal. We confirmed that they had the correct CELL phone number, so they should NEVER have received a busy signal. No one ever left a message.
