Apria Healthcare s Customer Service is terrible. They have 1 respiratory therapist to cover from the Outer Banks to the South Carolina line, which is way more patients than 1 person can provide service to. My doctor sent Apria a perscription for a new Bi-PAP machine on August 14, 2013 and on October 14th I still did not have it. When you dial the local phone number, the call is routed to some centralized call center somewhere else, and every time you call you will get a different person - guaranteed.
