They can't tell you up front that they cannot Bill Medicare for a wheelchair
If I could put less than zero I would. This companies customer service is terrible. The call center is staffed by people who are not fluent English speaking employees, so there is a barrier in understanding and also a lack of trust if I am honest. Sent them a fax, to a fax number THEY gave and confirmed, got a confirmation on our end it was received and apparently they didn't get it. And the people who are in charge of getting the faxes don't have a number to reach them at so you're stuck waiting for them to find a paper the... read more
Do not use this company! I am beyond frustrated with the quality of service. I have had either faulty or incorrect equipment delivered to my house on multiple occasions. Having a pre mature baby and having to work with this company in order to have his needs met has been a nightmare. Stay far away from this company
