Lost insurance information, ordered a hose and they sent a nose piece, re-ordered a hose and received 5 nose pieces, called again and explained ordered hose and face mask, and never received product 10 days later, and had to call again. Called manager at local office.
Lindsey, at the Green Bay WI office went out of her way to quickly resolve an issue we had with the hospital not giving us enough home care supplies.
