If first impressions mean everything so far I'm not impressed... Updated 3/12/2025. Even worse than I first thought. Local customer service here in Green Bay WI is worthless and it only gets worse when you call corporate customer service which is some call center located somewhere in Pakistan or India. Bought a new CPAP machine FROM THEM and 6 months later they are still sending me supplies for my old machine. Considering this is healthcare provider the whole experience has been just terrible. Waiting to get my machine paid ... read more
Terrible company to deal with. Billing system is not accurate will not explain charges as you are transferred to numerous dept. I sent the a check that they deposited .it cleared my bank as well. But they kept calling looking for payment. each time I explained that I had paid and the check was cashed. They then kept telling me it takes 3-4 weeks for it to “process the payment”. So why do they continue to call me????? The amount was only $36. So then when I ordered replacement supplies they all came wrong. And now they want m... read more
After being diagnosed with mild sleep apnea, my sleep physician automatically chose Apria Healthcare as my CPAP provider without my consent or authorization, but that's a separate issue. In receiving a phone call from the Green Bay office, I was kindly explained financial terms and conditions before e-signing a contract for the equipment. Within 48 hours, I received an SMS text message from a company introducing themselves as "Apria" seeking EXACTLY double the previously agreed contract amount.
