No one answers the phone. The regulator was faulty , finally got someone who barely spoke english , said they would replace it that day im still waiting. Dr faxed an order for another portable tank, 3 times , each time i was told they didnt have an order. I wax told i wasn't a patient of Apria, ok then who am i paying the copays to every month. Asking my Dr to find me another company.

Searched for this place for over an hour. The place appears to have moved or closed. Office at this location is empty. Called them at the number shown in the Google maps page. Got a foreign guy that I could barely understand and he said the location was right... I can tell you it is not! He didn't know why the office was empty. Very poor service by this company. I took my business to another place.

I paid last Friday for my husband's Walker he needs since heart surgery. I was told they would deliver on Monday after 2 pm. No delivery. I called twice on hold for more than 20 minutes..spoke with someone in the Philippines. She said it was going to he delivered Tuesday. I called the automated line Tuesday morning and it said delivery would be between 5:30 and 9:30 PM. At 9:15 I called the automated line again and was told no delivery was scheduled. My mother has a broken oxygen regulator, it was that way when it was delivered. I have been trying to get someone to come out and replace it for 3 days! Every number I call leads me to a call center in India. On hold for at least 20 minutes each time I call, been hung up on 2 times! When I did get to talk to someone and scheduled a service ( 3 days ago ) they never showed up. Apria Healthcare is a joke!

There's not an option for "0" stars, so I was forced to select 1. I have been waiting for A product my Dr. prescribed me back in June 2017. I called in July to only be told that they had no prescription order on file. I called my Dr.'s office to reconfirm the fax & confirm it was faxed & received the same day. I called back to inquire further about the June prescription order only to learn they again, did not have a prescription order for me.
