Totally unethical company. Unscrupulous billing practices.
I will be calling Apria again today for the fourth time in two months to attempt to get my C-PAP supplies. I went on Medicare in August and went to my sleep doctor to fill out all the needed paper work. It was sent it to Apria yet they still insist they don't have what they need.Their customer service people are rude and useless. I even talked to a supervisor who assured me she had the info she needed and would get back to me when I was able to order my supplies. That was close to 3 weeks ago and still no call. Having been a long time customer they have missed their monthly delivery date twice in the last three months even though my account delivery information is in their records. Since logistics seems to be handled at a national level they seem unable or unwilling meet their commitment and in the process jeopardizing my healthcare. When you try to contact them on the 800 number they IVR disconnects you when you make some selections. You should talk to some of their local customers before you allow them in into your home..
