My billing address is different than the shipping address. There was a long delay in communication so I reached out to them. I had to explain the difference in the addresses then they shipped my product. Addresses are clearing labeled as shipping or billing so I don’t see why this stumped them and I had to be the one to initiate communication.
My experience was wonderful. Everybody was polite, courteous, and had to answer to my questions with how to others
Absolute trash for customer service. And before you copy/pate the generic response - no I would not like to discuss it further with you (especially when you have no idea what tf you’re doing and leave me on hold for 30 minutes).
Setting up took a long time. I ended up calling twice and getting two return calls from customer service. They immediately helped, but I wish they would’ve simply set the machine up properly to begin with.
Bumpy start. Was sent the wrong CPAP machine. First call to get it corrected was good, very friendly and helpful. Then they tried to transfer me to Eau Clair location and ended up talking to someone in Rice Lake. Person not very friendly. Finally told they did not have one in stock and the Eau Claire office would call me. When days went by without contact I called the Eau Claire brach (not sure I was speaking with Eau Caire or some other location).
