Apria has VERY POOR customer service and trying to get in contact with someone is almost impossible! Then they LIE about calling back with proper information. STAY Away from them!!

Apria Healthcare s Customer Service is terrible. They have 1 respiratory therapist to cover from the Outer Banks to the South Carolina line, which is way more patients than 1 person can provide service to. My doctor sent Apria a perscription for a new Bi-PAP machine on August 14, 2013 and on October 14th I still did not have it. When you dial the local phone number, the call is routed to some centralized call center somewhere else, and every time you call you will get a different person - guaranteed. They constantly gave the... read more

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FAST DELIVERY TO YOUR HOME!
Very poor. All service is centred round trying to sell or upgrade equipment. They can not get a simple order correct citing that they have not recieved correct info/report. Fine but the contacted me earlier in year trying sell me a new machine referencing that same report the claimed mot to have recieved! Buyer beware
I wish I could rate this company as lower than one star. IF YOU NEED MEDICAL EQUIPMENT **DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY** Even if you have to go out of network with your insurance DO SO - it will save you SO MUCH hassle!! First off the reps that introduce the equipment are rude and insensitive, smoke and your equipment will smell of it and they are not properly trained to show you how the equipment works!
