Only used services from Apria for 1 month. From my initial contact with this company, communication was difficult. When I try to contact the local office, calls are forwarded to a main office somewhere else. I only used my equipment for one month, returned everything but because the supplies were not returnable, I had to keep those. I understood this. However, at the time the equipment was returned there was to be no additional charge. Yesterday, Apria auto charged my visa account $95.28 for supplies. Absolutely ridiculous t... read more

Impossible to deal with. Hard to get an appointment. Sent out equipment without ever speaking to me and confirm what I need. First call was overseas.

This company has the most irritating phone service I have ever encountered and I'm 73!!!!!Dont even try to reach someone. It is like a merry-go-round ride...I was transferred to 5 different departments. When I explained I could barely hear because of the static on the phone, the "service person" who "cares deeply about me" got snippy.i have ordered a water chamber for my CPAP machine four times with the wrong chamber sent each time. There is no way to know what I was charged as the invoice does not have a price on it. I can'... read more

I truly don't understand how they can stay in business. This has got to be the most frustrating experience I have had with any business. It has taken me over 45 days to receive my equipment. You can to check on status the reps speak broken English and were no help at all. It is 11/28/17. My first request was sent in Oct 5. I am still waiting on lift chair. I called and was told that I would have to go to office to get chair. I Will be cured before equipment all comes.

9-24-1710am called apria requested new vent. Told a respiratory therapist(RT) would contact us via phone.1:20pm_ no results, called apria requested new vent. Assured a RT would contact via phone. Placed on hold. Representative was rude and unprofessional. Was hung up on. Called back requested call from RT within the hour and a return call from apria to check on status of RT call back.3pm no call.4pm Called Apria. on hold, hung up on.4:15pm Called Apria.
