Terrible service
OMG THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS PLACES
Absolutely the WORST customer service. Unfortunately they are the designated provider in the area, so we have no choice, but I have called them for weeks trying to get ahold of someone for oxygen that is needed 24 hours a day. It took 3 weeks for them to call back. I wish we could find another provider, but since this is rural Iowa we have no choice. Not sure who runs this place, but they definitely do not care about the patient.
Called, sat in queue for 20 minutes, then forced to leave a voice mail, promised a call back by the following day by noon, no call, no information.
