Valerie was a stress saver this morning!! My mom uses supplemental oxygen, she having frequent bloody noses and needs humidified air. Valerie is having necessary supplies sent out UPS! **have the patience to get through the automated system Valerie was a huge help...I live out of state.
The phone number goes to main apria customer service. I'd like to talk to someone from the carroll office. Main customer service isn't good at all with help.
I called in because the o2 wasn't working and they never came out to fix it. Tried to return it and was told I had to have the doctor sign off. This is not a good place to get any equipment from if you want to continue to breath.
