Was called to inform me that a maintenance call would occur on next Monday. I called the company and asked what time this would occur morning or afternoon. Was told they would not tell me but I should just wait for the representative to arrive. Didn't matter if I had other appointments or business to attend to, they are all that matter. Apria SUCKS!! Wait times of over an hour if you call in, no response if you send a letter. Can not even get a hold of the local office. Lied to, ignored, FRAUDULANTLY billed my insurance company for a humidifier I never had. I would pick no stars if it would let me. You have been warned!!
