Everytime I call, the represenatives give me different answers or are confused themselves. I have been hung up when calling. They are very unhelpful and the main apria line themselves are foreign and have a difficult time understanding me and I can't understand them either. I will be returning my CPAP and ask my doctor to use a different company.
They just hung up on me, because I was trying to find out about 1 specific product that they don’t carry.
My experience is the same as so many others - horrible customer service. They hang up on you. Won’t pick up their equipment. Terrible terrible option when there are so many better companies.
