This company is a joke. They don't listen just tell you that you need to talk to someone else. They tell you that you have a 30 day swap out on masks. Now first they sent me the wrong mask to begin with that was not what was ordered. Then I am forced to use the 30 day swap they only send me part of the mask in the wrong size saying it's based on the AI scan of my face. I'm sorry but a medium does not fit the fitment tool even shows I should be a large. Then they charge me for the swap even though they didn't send a full head... read more
reading these reviews just now & my experience is nothing short of what anyone else has said. the receptionist is rude & unhelpful.. I'd give you all a name but she hung up so fast I was unable to get one from her. this is the 2nd week my oxygen supply has been scheduled for pick up. and I've been told multiple excuses. ridiculous. save your time & money, look elsewhere for services!!
Everytime I call, the represenatives give me different answers or are confused themselves. I have been hung up when calling. They are very unhelpful and the main apria line themselves are foreign and have a difficult time understanding me and I can't understand them either. I will be returning my CPAP and ask my doctor to use a different company.
They just hung up on me, because I was trying to find out about 1 specific product that they don’t carry.
