I am a new CPAP user. My doctor warned me that Apria was challenging but it was the only company in network with my insurance company. It took a month to get my prescription to them because I was twice given the wrong fax number. When I would call to see if had been received, I would be told it takes several days to process and I should call back. Finally after three weeks, I asked to confirm the fax number. Having difficulty with setup.
I sleep without worry now. The mask is a bit to get use to, but I’m sure over time it would be like putting on a pair of socks. It was super easy to set up and the plus side of it is it’s not loud at all.
I don’t like having to call Apria Healthcare. I usually have to talk to several different ppl before I get the right person that can help. However, I did find a new mask that I like so much better!!! For that, they get three stars. Otherwise, it’s quite the hassle to deal with this company and most are rude.
