My experience is the same as so many others - horrible customer service. They hang up on you. Won’t pick up their equipment. Terrible terrible option when there are so many better companies.
Got my supplies but box was slightly damaged & I was supper to get 5 lg pillow nose items but only rec4
The staff that works at the Spring location is very rude and unprofessional. They don't care about the customer's issues, and they will hang up on you while you are talking. I will never have anything to do with this company again.
