Jack the owner saved the day. I had a major water leak in a mansion under my care and the carpet was custom. They were able to not only accommodate my time restrictions but did a fantastic job. His installers were friendly and very knowledgeable. After they installed the carpet it looked like nothing happened. A fair price for great work. They will definitely make it onto my list for future projects.
This is going to be my go-to place for any flooring needs. Very helpful, very knowledgeable, lots of samples, and the installer very experienced. The price was very reasonable for what you get, which is a high quality product and service. Love this mid-century carpet style for my steep stairs.
Highly recommend using Apramian Carpet and Flooring. Jack was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us on making a decision on our carpet. Gave us the best price and was communicative throughout the whole process in getting it installed. Thank you!
We first worked with Apramian on a project several years ago, and when it came time for our ADU project, Jack made our hardwood selection and procurement easy. He was consistently helpful and easy to reach whenever we had questions, always following up promptly and walking us through our options without any pressure. He helped us find the right hardwood flooring for our space and budget. We'd gladly work with Apramian again for future projects.
I loved my experience with these guys. They came out to measure and take a sample of my existing custom front door mat (it is a built in and it is large) which was in bad shape and I did not know the original maker. They found it, ordered it, installed it with such professionalism. The installation is gorgeous. Also, they were much less expensive than all of the other shops in Pasadena. I love their carpet in their stores, too, and I will be ordering from them again.
