This store is one of the best in quality carpets however John, the owner was very rude to me. I contacted him recently to find out if the carpet he sold me was wool. He told me he was busy that day and to call him back the following day. I called back as he said and he told me he had to look at receipts to call him back on Monday. I called today Monday and he said he yet had to look at receipts and to call him back in 15 mins. I did but he did not answer the phone. He never offered to call me back. Are you kidding me????? I got a good price on some rugs.
Very rarely do I take the time to write reviews, but I think that it is merited in this case. Apramian Carpet and Flooring, run by John, takes what would probably best be described as an "old school" approach to business, including hand-written orders -- a personal, family-run, non-corporate approach. The installers do good work on wood and carpet, and seem to take pride in what they do. The pricing is definitely fair and reasonable. Highly recommended.
