This store is one of the best in quality carpets however John, the owner was very rude to me. I contacted him recently to find out if the carpet he sold me was wool. He told me he was busy that day and to call him back the following day. I called back as he said and he told me he had to look at receipts to call him back on Monday. I called today Monday and he said he yet had to look at receipts and to call him back in 15 mins. I did but he did not answer the phone. He never offered to call me back. Are you kidding me?????
