Really unimpressed. I called and spoke to a rep (Andy) the other day who checked his inventory system and told me the bulb I needed was in stock at this location (New Oxford) and in Gettysburg and that I could pick it up at either. I sent my husband after work to pick it up at this location. He gets there and everyone is messing around on their cell phones (professional-no wonder you guys have inaccurate inventory) and he’s told the bulb isn’t in stock. I was looking for a hose for my toilet tank. They didn't have anything like it. The gentleman who helped me went in back to ask someone else. I heard him say no they didn't have anything like that. A couple minutes went by and the gentleman who was helping me came out with a piece of hose. It looked to be the perfect size. He said he didn't know if it would work but I could try.
