I got some work done on my wife's van. They thought it was CV joints, so they replaced them. Turned out, that was not the problem, but a bad transmission. APR ended up not charging us for the CV joints. I appreciate the honesty and not charging us for what was not broke. They offered us a price on a used transmission but we decided to just trade in the vehicle for a newer, reliable car for my wife to get to work and back.
Staff and service is excellent, everytime.
Had to wait for the part, but it is a 2003. Less that expected; prompt and courteous. All traits becoming rare there days! Ill be a repeat customer.
Pete always takes great care of us over at APR. He’s timely, communicative, and reasonably affordable. Mostly, it feels like we get honest work done here. Would recommend to anyone for any job needed on thier vehicle!
