Purchased a car for my daughters graduation present! Armando was awesome and answered every question we had about the car before we purchased it and my daughter is very happy with her car. He also gave my daughter a 1 week break on her payment for a little graduation present. Which was very kind of him because he did not have to do that and did. My daughter purchased a car originally she was very happy with her purchase. Check engine light came on she brought it to get checked. Called the salesman he said out of warranty and he hung up. Mind you 30 days fell on a Saturday brought the car to he checked on the Tuesday when she could get it in and called the Salesman right after to let him know. Wouldn't even offer to look at it. They do not stand by their vehicles and no common courtesy or customer service.
By far THE WORST buying experience. I bought a Toyota 4Runner here. I was young and dumb at the time, living in a single-parent home - just financially scraping by. Turns out vehicle should have been totaled. Driver side quarter-panel had been hit hard and repaired, but not well. Vehicle had 3 of the same wheels. The 4th was a different size.
