EDIT (January 2026): Too many times, I've lost money needlessly because of AppSumo's customer-unfriendly policy regarding coupons. I've lost money because I applied coupons for purchases that are later refunded. AppSumo needs to get its act together and figure this out. Why the heck should I lose $160(!) that was credited to me after a company on AppSumo went against its word all because I tried another offer that didn't work out.
