I get that refunds cannot happen when a company goes out of business. But a company just simply refusing to honor the service anymore.. that's a direct breach of the terms and conditions and Appsumo's contractual obligations. On top of that, Appsumo will just stop replying once you've proven that those terms are breached. It's been 4 weeks of them ignoring 2 of my email follow ups now.
AppSumo is great! Such cost savings by getting lifetime apps on their platform instead of monthly subscriptions elsewhere. Their customer service is also top-notch. I bought an app and didn't like it, and they refunded it to me immediately. Thank you Crystal from AppSumo for making the refund such a pleasant experience.
Incredible service every time. I can confirm firsthand how fast and efficient they are.
