Robert Kim was extremely helpful when I noticed a discrepancy in my accounting (due to an internet outage for Verizon, had absolutely nothing to do with appstar), he looked through absolutely everything and was able to help me figure out where the problem was. He was extremely patient with me (definitely technologically stunted), and I felt infinitely better about the situation after we hung up. I really can’t thank him enough.
