They cancelled my home medical appointment Two times, citing the person had an emergency both times, I can understand that but do they have only one person to do that ????? And if they can't keep the appointments than they should close down

This was by far the most positive experience in scheduling and communicating with the office in the 5 years I have been in the business. Tiffany was quick to respond, kept us up to date, and provided excellent customer service. I look forward to working with this office again in the future.
