I took my daughter to the Town Madison location yesterday and everyone was great but I wanted to give special props to the nurse. I don’t know her name but she was great with my daughter and helped ease her nerves. Obviously no one goes to urgent care for fun but I have never had a bad experience at either of the Approxie offices that I have used. Everyone you come in contact with is pleasant, helpful and efficient at what they do.

I truly appreciate your service today 1/30/2025 I came into your facility and the staff was very professional and friendly. My time waited was minimal, the care I received was the best I have ever received in a very long time. I will return for more services soon. Very compassionate healthcare for all mankind.
