Kind people doing great work. They always take care of me and my family, and they have gotten really good staff at this location. I was there on 02/04/26- made my appointment online and the wait was not long at all.
I wouldn't go to urgent care . They almost killed me. Bet you wont post this
We have been usually go to the Aproxie on Sullivan street and Im sad to say that service from the check in people to the providers has gone down hill. So I went to this one in town madison and we loved it. The lady who checked me in was super friendly at the front, the lady who did my vital signs was great also, then we found Haven who used to be at the other one. I took my daughter to the Town Madison location yesterday and everyone was great but I wanted to give special props to the nurse. I don’t know her name but she was great with my daughter and helped ease her nerves. Obviously no one goes to urgent care for fun but I have never had a bad experience at either of the Approxie offices that I have used. Everyone you come in contact with is pleasant, helpful and efficient at what they do.
