This place is sketch on the outside, half descent on the inside but still not clean. Walked in and on June 1, 2022 (well after science has proven masks are ineffective), made us wear a mask. Ok, we put them on to comply. From there it went downhill. The receptionist was horrible, meaning very rude. The Dr was no exception-extra special rude. Would never refer anyone to this place. Don’t care how cheap they are. I suppose they r cheap for a reason. Be aware.
Do NOT recommend. The owners are super shady and constantly commit insurance fraud. They don't care about patients/employees, only about lining their pockets. The NP's are amazing and it's sad they have to work for such disgraceful, disgusting people. I am a former employee who put in my two weeks notice and quit the CORRECT way, and they decided to take most of my paycheck for insurance they didn't seem to realize I had. RecommendedWent to ApproXie Urgent Care for the first time today in Madison and I will 100% be going back to this urgent care for any future medical needs. The team/physician were fantastic and the wait time was almost nothing!
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and super fast! Best clinic around!

I am a new Patient. I went in this morning for an Ear Infection turned out to be something else. Got in line at 8:00 AM and was in and out and back at work by 8:50. Staff was wonderful and I already feel better. I work in Madison but live in Meridianville and would make the drive in anytime. In these Pandemic times where wait times other places are hours, they are such a breath of fresh air.
I was impressed with the clinic. They moved patients quickly to minimize wait time, but I also received quality care with answers to all my questions.
