Friendly and efficient staff. Very clean and sanitary office and exam rooms. Dr Allman and her staff were very caring and made my experience one of the best ever even with my anxiety I have for medical facilities. Very fast as well.

Everyone on staff, from the front desk to the back, was very thorough and friendly and efficient. We have been before this most recent visit and will continue to use the ApproXie Hays Farm location.
I had a good experience here and the doctors are very helpful. However, they do not disclose that they charge extra for coming in on the weekend. Other urgent cares I've been to don't do this. This should be disclosed up front rather than billing weeks later after already paying for your visit. It's very dishonest and I have other places closer to me that do not do this, so I unfortunately won't be coming back.
Most expensive place in town. Overcharging for everything.
