Phone system does not work. Pushed option 8 to speak with a representative, and then it connects with the recording and phone options in the madison office. It would be nice to be able to reach a person for a quick question that did not pertain to any other phone options.
Note: I’ve been to this urgent care twice since January 1st 2025. Scheduled my appointment for 5pm online. After 6pm there is an understandable nights/weekend fee. Again, I was there at 5. When I got there I was told I would have to pay a $75 copay. My copay is $25 and has been the other two times I’ve been SINCE JAN 1 2025. They young lady was very polite and explained that its because sometimes health insurance doesnt cover the full cost. Fast and detailed care, I like this place!
They are amazing. I went with a bad kidney stone and she did everything to help. I couldn't ask for a better more caring doctor. I wish she could be my primary care. Very quick appointment. They checked out everything and nothing felt rushed at all, very knowledgeable staff also.I had my son be seen at the same time as well and was out in less then an hour. The doctor offered to watch him (4) while i did a urine test. Truly amazing, kind and will continue care with her. Thanks for all your help and kindness!!!!
