I was very disappointed in moving out of a place on strong st. While I did not leave the place spotless, Sandy found a way to steal $645 in just "cleaning fees" alone of which the break down includes 22.5 hours of cleaning done by her close friend Holly. There is zero charge for carpet as we agreed it would be replaced finally after confirming as over a decade old. 22.5 hours to clean a kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom. I rented from Taylor Properties in 2010-2011. Very dicey on getting full security deposit back, went back on saying she would allow my boyfriend to PCS on my orders with me as if we were married (not have to fulfill lease). Caused a lot of distress at an already stressful moving time - but I learned my lesson to always get landlords to put what they agree to verbally in writing. Found a house we really liked looked at it, went over the prices, received an application, and were told that we had 24 hours to fill out the application and turn it in which would be 5pm the next day. We were promised that there would be no more applications submitted until after ours was turned in and processed. I received a call at 10 am saying that someone had turned in another application and we were not longer able to turn ours in. awful service complete waste of time I will never use Taylor Properties.
