Absolutely horrible phone service. Wouldn’t allow 60 seconds (1 Minute) to ask about the company’s care services! 🤯
My family and I had reservations about bringing my aunt home from the nursing home she was staying in. Honestly we didn't even know she was eligible for home health care until we could no longer afford to keep her in assisted living. My step father had a hip replacement surgery last year and getting him back and forth to his rehab appointments seemed to cause more harm than good. We reached out to Approved Home Health through the recommendation of a friend to set up home physical therapy. The results were immediate and his progress improved dramatically. Thanks again AHH!
Horrible place to work for. If you quit, they keep your paycheck for over a month, never respond to phone calls. Administrator is a drunk. Lie about the hours they are going to give aides.
