We were stuck with an impending deadline for renewal. Our current mortgage company would not renew us at a reasonable rate. We called Shawn and he was on it right away. He worked over the Christmas break and by New Years we had a new mortgage in place at a much better rate without having to jump through endless hoops ! Thanks Shawn for all your help !
