Totally satisfied. They came when they said and were thorough and respectful of the house. Careful. Repaired the fireplace flue which goes up the center of the home and is 110 years old. Used new materials so the flu was not restricted, rather than a sleeve. Highly recommend them. Vic was Very professional as were his employees

20 Foot high chimney which had peeling paint and crumbling top concrete repair. I highly recommend Vick and his crew who were prompt, efficient, and very professional. They worked the weekend and finished a day early. The job looks fabulous with new cement and paint. I would give more stars if allowed!
The company I had used for many years prior gave me a six week waiting time to get repairs done to my fireplace. I had a closing date to meet and called "Approved Chimney" within 10 days of the closing. They were courteous, professional and quick to get the job done for me and their workmanship was great. I do think they were slightly pricey but was happy they could accommodate me and will continue to use them in my new home.
Approved Chimney was excellent. Our family really appreciated the personal and professional service mindset. The work was done very efficiently with Owner directly supervising and executing the full scope. The work was scheduled based on our availability and it all looks great.
Vick was professional, knowledgeable and the quality of his work can not be beat. I will be using him for all of my chimney needs going forward.
From the moment Vick called in response to my email, he was professional and knowledgeable. When he came to give us an estimate, he talked to us about options and his recommendations. When they came to do the work they were on time, polite, quick and efficient. They stuck to the number on the estimate to the penny and the work they did is great! Would highly recommend this company and will call them again for any future work needed.
They were professional, answered all my questions in language that i understood, present me with multiple available options, and must importantly they are committed to the job right.
