When I called over the phone they were quick to answer all questions. I drove from Fresno and was satisfied with the choice I made. They made it easy and quick and work with you the best that they can. They also made sure everything was taking care of before you leave with the car and everything is good. I will recommend Approved Autos to my friends.

Great vehicles for an incredible price. Super helpful and friendly staff. Seriously, these guys are awesome. I got the truck I needed significantly below what I was expecting to pay. When they send you to starbucks or dutch bros, bring 'em a coffee back - they deserve it! My only complaint is that the AI scheduler they use could be a bit better. lemme explain, their AI confirmed a booking to see the truck I was looking at, but after an hour's drive to see it, the truck wasn't there as it was being serviced. These guys definitely look out for their customers and care for the quality in experience before leaving the lot. They made sure fluids and tires were in safe operable condition for our family to travel home safely.
