They were great. Smooth process. They took care of everything i asked of them and i would absolutely recommend them.
Bad for business. Not even a month ago I bought a BMW 750i from them. I tried negotiating the price since I brought cash but they showed no love. Last week my car started telling me the car oil level is extremely low that I need to service the oil change asap. The oil change coast me $300. The same week my AC started to slowly fade away now it blows hot air only. Few days ago my breaks started to squeak. I sent a message on IG not asking for my oil change money back. WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS!!! 1000% recommend. I went to about 3 dealerships prior and had horrible experience at pretty much all of them. I ended up then driving by approved autos and as soon as I walked in , Luis and his team made me feel very comfortable, and made me feel like they actually listened. They provide great hospitality and customer service couldn’t recommend them more!! Not to mention they helped me purchase my dream car!! thank you guys once again!!
