Amazing customer service! They made it so easy to come in and test drive. Oscar and Chris explained everything in great detail and were so helpful with all my questions. Definitely felt no pressure at any point and they made everything so easy and transparent. Even after making the sale when I thought I had a problem with the AC after they closed, Oscar came back to double check and reassured me that it was nothing to worry about and even if it was, it would be covered.
We went in found the truck we wanted and Chris and Oscar took very good care of us… Honest people, I would highly recommend 5Star for your used car shopping needs…
