Our minivan had intermittent no-start problem for past two years. I had to jump start or charge it, I never knew when. Made appointment for New Years Eve. Within two hours Jeff discovered and remedied the problem. He also confirmed that the alternator is working correctly and that the battery is in good condition. The explanation was good and the price was good. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Now I can put away my jumper cables and charger!
