Something has happened recently (April, 2025) and their service and operation has fallen off a cliff. I have recently experienced 4 no-shows by the doctor I had an appointment with. Staff seems to have all changed. And they don't respond to phone calls. I'm trying to get a refund and intend to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
Sudeep is a great doctor, he is very nice, always responsive and makes sure all of your needs are met. After seeing him, two weeks later I already feel like a different person. When going into the office I never have to wait and am always taken care of by the amazing staff. I highly recommend this practice.
