Product is OK but the service is horrible. One day after bill drops someone from Nepal, Bangladesh or even Canada calls demanding payment. Will be migrating off their platform because of AppRiver's business practices.

Gold level partner here preparing for an extremely tedious move away from Appriver and all their offerings after being with them for a decade. Service/support was second to none prior to the acquisition(s). These days you can consider yourself lucky to get any kind of useful support. Our assigned rep takes days (sometimes weeks) to get back to us. Most of the new support staff (all the good ones have left) often act inconvenienced and rarely offer any useful assistance other than suggest we figure things out on our own. Stay... read more
