Just focused on volume, spent less than 10 min in the house, missed key point sell, like the most recent sale of the home. Ended up costing me $700 in fees on a refi. Other appraisers and real estate agent agreed this work was bad. Rates have gone up since I locked so I'm out of luck. Stay away.
