Kathy worked with me to rent me a house. She was professional throughout the entire process, communicated clearly and when the house was delivered, it was clean and renovated.
This place is a nightmare that Kathy needs to be terminated for what she did to my husband.and I. We filled out applications and each time she came up with something different for us to do and none of it was making sense. . She turned this rental process into a nightmare. Every single document we gave her shed look for something different and give excuses as to why she took so long working on helping us turned out she never did any work at all, Then she stated our process was on hold due to having a sick dog. Kathy is friendly, easy to work with, and willing to go the extra mile for you. Very pleasant and would recommend. And she has adorable pups!
An Absolutely horrible company to rent from, never ever would recommend this company to anyone! If you care about your health and living somewhere livable for yourself or your family I'd look else where. I wish I couldn't put a star at all and just a huge throwing up face.
