Called to get Appraisal for property tax valuation to dispute with Auditor. He told me he could not help with lowering the appraisal value and that it was an acceptable value. He did not charge me a fee and I Thanked him for his honesty.

Brian Long came out to appraise our house in early Dec. 2020. Went through the entire house and property and seemed like a nice guy. Told me that it would take 2 weeks to write up an appraisal. 4 weeks went by and I received assurances that the appraisal was coming. Turned into 2 months, then 3 months and his solution was to simply not return phone calls or emails. At best he was irresponsible; at worst he was casing our house to see if it was worth robbing. Obviously, I wouldn't recommend him.
