Recently had an appraisal done. Man who came rushed through. Appeared to be bothered to be there. Spent 10 minutes. Did not measure, Did not ask appropriate questions and the appraisal he gave the bank was 40K LOWER than 4 years ago even with many additions!!!! He did not spend the time to make the extra value for the upgrades!!!! STAY AWAY from this company!! AND we had to pay him \$350.00 for this! Needless to say, the bank could not do the loan!!!!

I ASKED NICK FOR HELP ON A APPRAISAL HE GOT PAID ON AND HE WOULD NOT HELP ME I WOULD NEVER USE HIM AGIAN.............
