Discriminatory and inaccurate appraisals
Rick was great to work with: prompt, courteous, professional. I spoke to him at length about the appraisal process and he clearly was very experienced, knowledgeable and thorough. Without charging me an extra fee, Rick went above and beyond providing me an appraisal. My house burned down because of a fire, and I asked him to appraise my house with certain changes that I was going to make. Rick did an appraisal of our house in Alexandria, VA and he made the whole process seamless. He was responsive and explained the whole process ahead of time, including fees and timeline. He then provided a thorough appraisal ahead of schedule, updating us along the way. He continued to be quickly responsive to questions after we received the report.
