Wow, I wish I would have read review before this company did our appraisal, I would have requested a different one. This review from 4 years ago is EXACT as recent work done. Terrible knowledge of the industry, area, or how to work with people. Should have known that when appraiser showed up and said they weren't that busy in one of the hottest markets in the country that something was wrong. Awful and shoddy appraisal of my home. They did not know the nieghborhood, had appraised very few home in that market and simply looked at the selling price and said, "yup that must be it" even though comps in the area indicated the house value was very different. DO NOT use them if you have another choice!
