I have been in the real estate business 31 years, 9 years as a real estate appraiser. I was licensed and worked as a staff appraiser for Fidelity Federal Savings and Loan. Thomas Sidenfaden recently completed an appraisal assignment on a home I sold, I am CA Licensed real estate broker. I have never seen such gross negligence and incompetence in all my 31 years as a real estate professional. He either lacks training or ethics? My advice is to steer clear of this guy.
