Jay Haney did a great job! Appraised two of our homes. He appraised it at an amount we were satisfied with and he didn't just give us a report of the appraisal, he gave so much more information and details of his appraisals in the report. We highly recommend Jay.
Horrible - I do NOT Recommend this Appraisal Company and the Appraiser Jay Haney ! He did a incomplete appraisal where he did not thoroughly preview all the Features on our Property and had inaccurate information in the Appraisal Report. The appraisal was initially ordered by the Lender, and I reported all the inaccuracies to the Lender.
