I highly recommend Appraisal Solutions. They are reliable, professional and knowledgeable in their field. They are able to provide a quick turn around. If you are looking to get an appraisal I would recommend Appraisal Solutions.
Do not recommend. All comps and cost to build comparisons had the same value within a few hundred dollars. We have been involved in real estate and appraisals for many years, and never seen any appraisal like this. When questioned about the values being so close, their response was, “If there was a large difference between the adjusted sales of the comparables and the cost approach then I am not analyzing the market correctly.”
