Jeff was lazy. He did not bother to do his research. Just pulled old cabins and compared that to a brand new built home. I believe Jeff also sells real estate which to me is a huge conflict of interest to be valuing houses that he can compete to sell. I truly cannot believe the Realtor Brand or appraisal law allows one person to do both. We had a new appraiser appointed by the bank. New appraisal came in nearly 700,000 more than Jeff’s appraisal. I had to pay for a new appraisal. That is how bad and how off he was.
