As was shared by another reviewer, don't expect any communication from these people. I sent a request in over 2 months ago and nothing has happened. Although they told me a couple of weeks ago that they would get to it that week, nothing has happened. Nothing. No communication. No emails. No phone calls. Absolutely nothing. I don't know, but this doesn't smell like good customer service. I would not recommend this firm.
Not good at all, they valued a property half the price of what actually costs
Do not expect good communication, expect no communication at all. You will hear back from them when they are ready and not a minute before. They ignore phone calls, voice mails and emails. Working with them has felt like trying to get a car tagged with the DMV. If I wanted to feel like I got a punch in the stomach and laughed at I could have done it for a lot less that $525.00 ***update*** after a couple days of my appraiser going "dark" on us and having to push the closing date because he would not call anyone back or respo... read more
