I don't even want to give this business a star, but I have to in order to post this review. First, the appraiser was late, then after spending 15 minutes talking with a neighbor, he started doing the appraisal and after 5 minutes he said that he didn't want to continue to do the appraisal. After asking the question why, he calmly state that he was afraid of my dog. I asked why, that he was behind the fence and that I would move him, so he could continue.
